At Carov, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.


1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at contact@carov.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care products, intimate goods, or perishable items).
Custom or sale items may also be excluded unless they arrive damaged or defective.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue (photos may be required for quality control).


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or card account again.

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

6. Exchanges

We currently only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at contact@carov.shop.


7. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
